Clinical Interests
As a therapist, I create a safe and nonjudgmental space where full attention is offered to all thoughts and feelings. My approach is grounded in respect, compassion, and self-exploration, and I am dedicated to fostering a therapeutic environment that invites the whole self–mind, body, and spirit. My areas of interest include grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and spirituality and faith. I am committed to providing affirming care, especially to those of marginalized identities and the LGBTQIA+ community, and I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of each client including: CBT, DBT, ACT, and strengths-based practices. I aim to continuously expand my knowledge of the latest research and best practices in the field of therapy in order to best serve my clients.
