Clinical Interests
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) therapy. These skills help me work with all client populations (ages 5+), focusing on developing a meaningful life. I particularly enjoy helping clients work through trauma using EMDR and/or improving his or her ability to manage stress, anxiety, and depression. Using the foundational skills found in DBT and ACT therapy, I help clients develop a strong, well-rounded coping tool kit that will aid them in effectively building a life worth living.

About Me
I'm a proud dog mom to two golden retrievers, Summer and Barklee, and a wiener dog, Sophie. If you're curious about who's in charge...Sophie calls the shots. I love going for walks or to the dog park with my furries. I love traveling, particularly to tropical locations. My favorite trip so far was to Hawaii with my father for his 85th birthday! I'm a huge animal lover. It is my life goal to swim with dolphins (done), swim with sharks (done), play/pet a baby elephant (TBD), and play/pet with a baby panda (TBD).
